Does sleeping late affects me?
Haiz...donno wat had happened to me this year...kept felling ill...and yesterday also, had a high fever, feeling nauseous, and diarrhoea...and i visited the same doctor like almost 3 times....

Luckily, it happened during the holidays...if it happened during schooling, i will never forgive myself...In the end the doctor said that i suffered from infectious digestive system...omg...i think i should have taken more fruits....
Wadever it is, i juz don understand...i juz don understand how to stay healthier...

To prevent these things from happening, i did almost what i needed to do...exercise? yes...eating fruits? yes and almost everyday...and afterwhich i realised that i didn get enough sleep...i think...i think i should sleep early next time, but sleeping late has become a bad habit for me...if i couldnt change the habit....tt's too bad...n y i sleep late? sometimes there are ghostly movies at night u c....and if i sleep early, i will not have enough time to spend with my family...n of cuz it is a habit, sometimes when i sleep too early, i cant sleep...

but does sleeping late affects the 'times' i hav fallen ill?
